His professional journey
Jason Kay’s professional journey as a psychologist began in his native South Africa. Growing up in a country undergoing profound transformation shaped his understanding of the importance of good leadership. His path later took him to England, and since 2003, he has called Berlin his home.
He began his career in the clinical and therapeutic field, where he gained a deep understanding of human development and behavior. Driven by a growing interest in optimisation and impact at scale, he transitioned into the field of organisational and leadership development.
